Apollon is a teenager hung up by the social ideals of masculinity. He fantasizes about having the perfect body - complete with big beefy muscles and a big banana.
A young director from Paris 8 university, Loic Dimitch started directing after exposing himself to theatre and photography. He is always combining sexuality and social status in his movies in a funny, disturbing, and lucid way. In 2014, he directed Bequille, his first short movie, under the supervision and guidance of Alain Raoust. He co founded with Matthieu Rosset (Des illusions, consentenments...) Paradisier Zootrope Films, a production company in 2015. They help young authors and directors to create their first movies. Apollon, his second short movie is already selected in a few movie festivals in France, Italy, Austria, United States and Canada.
